Our client is an expanding specialist technical agency who is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their team. Our client specialises in Environmental & Engineering.
The position available is to join the Waste team where they specialise in the Waste Industry.
You will be responsible for:
• Maintaining existing client relationships
• Generating new business leads
• Identifying new revenue streams
• Matching candidates and securing placements
Due to the nature of this role, this is predominantly carried out over the phone.
My client is seeking an entrepreneurial person to join the team and help grow and development this rapidly growing sector. The successful candidate will have:
• Technical/Specialist Recruitment Experience OR
• Knowledge of the Waste Industry and the desire to work in sales
A professional attitude and strong commercial awareness is a MUST
This is a great opportunity as you will become an expert in the field.
Location: Poole/Bournemouth
Salary: Circa 24K Basic depending on experience + Commission
