Job Description

Supported Housing Worker Wokingham £19,000 pa + benefits [13/10]

Joining an expanding team, you will provide a full range of support services to people with mental health problems both within supported accommodation and on an outreach basis to clients in the locality. You will act as key-worker to your own portfolio of clients and be expected to maintain files and records, assist clients with budgeting, benefit applications and tenancy agreements, and take an active role in the day to day and on call rotas.

A high level of flexibility is essential, and you must be experienced in working with vulnerable clients in a paid or voluntary capacity; familiarity with the benefits system would be an advantage. You must also be capable of engaging with a wide range of agencies and able to build relationships with people, whilst maintaining clear professional boundaries.

Own car and full, valid driving licence essential.
