An opportunity has arisen within this established company.
The successful applicant will be coherent thinker, able to handle the shifting dynamic within the team and anticipate the needs of the business in delivering to 100 customer satisfaction.
The work will include:
• Producing the production schedule with awareness of all Operations KPIs to achieve all customer orders
• Maintaining the schedule to accommodate changes during the day
• Liaise with production and the rest of operations to ensure continuous communication.
• Ensuring material availability to meet the schedule
Experience
• Working in a role where an understanding of meeting customer needs was necessary
• Being a member of a team
• Making decisions that will impact the whole business
• Working with a workload that can change all the time
Skills/Qualifications (over and above experience)
• Strong communicator both within the department and the business
• Numerical and analytical abilities
• Accountable and clear in documenting work done
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Comfortable with rapid change to role, changing priorities and responsibilities
