Working in-branch you’ll:

•Be the key point of contact for branch customers both in person and on the phone
•Provide an outstanding banking service to our customers
•Talk to customers about their needs and arrange for them to speak to inbranch specialists
•Listen carefully to customers to really understand their personal needs
•Constantly seek new ways to improve the way we look after our customers

To be a success you’ll need:
•A friendly and confident manner
•Ability to quickly build rapport with a large number and range of customers
•An understanding of how to deliver excellent customer service
•Ideally to have an understanding of retail banking and financial services
•Flexibility to cover at other branches and work 2 in every 4 Saturdays (usually only until 1pm)
