Customer Service Sales Support Temp - Perm

Reading Salary £18,000 An international communications and information technology company serving government and commercial markets in more than 150 countries throughout the world. Are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Sales Support Representative. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally gained in an international company.

The Role: * Performing all duties and procedures pertaining to all order entry and customer services

• Providing general support to a geographical region and designated customer base

• First point of contact for order processing and customer enquiries

• Provide administrative support to the sales team

• Confirm accuracy of pricing and liaise with finance to resolve any credit
  issues

• Will ideally have knowledge of Oracle and Peoplesoft and database packages such as Access

• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficient, effective time management to
  meet the deadlines
