Job Description
Siemens Mobility - Traffic Solutions is a division of Siemens plc. They design, manufacture, install and maintain a wide range of traffic engineering products and systems to enhance road safety and improve traffic flow in congested urban and inter-urban areas. In the United Kingdom, they have over 800 employees including around 400 skilled service engineers dedicated every day of the year to maintaining over half of all traffic control equipment installed on the UK road network.
Covering the early morning shift between 04:00 - 08:30, Monday-Friday (22.5 hrs p/wk) and possibly weekends, you\'ll be working with Siemens friendly team of Operators with responsibility for managing faults from various Traffic Solution contracts through to resolution. You\'ll also be accountable for co-ordinating the workload of the Siemens service engineers for maintenance and repair responses across the UK, together with work planning and scheduling liaising between other Contact Centre Agents and Third Parties.
You\'ll be self-motivated with a desire to learn & develop together with previous experience in a call centre position or heavily phone-based role. Furthermore, your excellent communication skills, ability to be calm under pressure and IT proficiency will ensure you deliver exceptional and timely service levels at all times.
