Excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work in this 3* AA Rosette hotel
Working in the hotel\'s main kitchen which covers intimate family dinners to larger functions in their highly acclaimed award winning restaurant. Having been accredited with AA rosettes the hotel is looking for a suitably experienced chef to take the role immediately.
You will have responsibility for your determined section and therefore need to be able to work independently but also be a key team player in this dedicated brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity to train with a great team, in a prime location and truly enhance your Curriculum Vitae.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef
Qualifications/Experience required:
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in three - four star hotels or above, and possess a food hygiene certificate. You must be passionate about food with flair and commitment to this role. What you put into this role will determine what you achieve.
