This beautiful manor house hotel situated in the Hampshire area is currently seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to strengthen and develop the existing brigade. The hotel has over 80 stylish, modern bedrooms, large conference and banqueting facilities and extensive leisure facilities.
The Role:-
The successful candidate will be a creative individual, who will have the ability to run a section of the busy kitchen and assist senior chefs in the running of the kitchen as a whole. You will be responsible for running your section, ordering and motivating your team. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to take their next step on the ladder.

Qualification/Experience:-
The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience within a quality high volume kitchen environment. All candidates should be team players and possess good organisational skills and an enthusiasm and passion for food. You will also require an intermediate food hygiene certificate and NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications.
