If you are ready to join a market leading business then read on. Our Client, a business service provider, is currently recruiting for a Head of Financial Operations on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role, which reports to the Financial Controller, is to manage the company\'s billing, accounts receivable, credit control, treasury and accounts payable functions while ensuring the company\'s financial assets and liquidity are best used to maximise profitability within a risk minimising, regulated and compliant process. The duties of the role include providing a complete invoicing service for all billable revenue, providing leadership of the billing, treasury, and credit control teams to achieve the strategic plans for the Company, to provide revenue and billing analysis, to ensure accuracy of financial information, the management of daily cash position, maintaining relationships with banks, to provide financial analysis and forecasting, to manage the close and monthly reconciliation of the sub-ledgers and to be responsible for identifying, defining, implementing and evaluating SOX controls to ensure a fully compliant environment. The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or similar (QBE) with experience of managing a corporate billing and treasury function within a US corporation. You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills and an ability to build relationships across all areas of the business. Knowledge of Great Plains and Oracle would be desirable, along with good Excel skills, knowledge of SOX requirements is essential.
