Leading electronics organisation requires an experienced temporary secretary to join a busy division providing a high level of admin and secretarial support to approximately 150 employees.
This role is a fixed term contract for up to a year to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will be the only secretary in the division and it is essential that they are able to work pro actively with little guidance. Business requirements will dictate that on occasions the successful candidate will be required to provide some support outside of normal working hours.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general secretarial help for 18 managers plus 130 non management staff, all divisional travel arrangements, Outlook Calendar management for managers, expense claim preparation for managers and other employees as required.
The successful candidate will have strong previous experience within a secretarial or PA role and be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a stand-alone position, experience in arranging business travel across worldwide time zones, excellent Word and Excel skills, calendar management across worldwide time zones and a flexible and proactive attitude.
This position is paying £20-22k per annum and is looking for someone to start around the beginning of May.
