HR Advisor required to work on a temporary basis at a global IT solutions provider as part of a HR team.
Responsibilities will involve:
Contract documentation, delivery of inductions and involvement in exit interviews, handling disciplinary and grievance cases and supporting HR business partners in the provision of a daily HR service.
Skills required:
A strong HR Generalist, with experience in a similar role, and an up to date working knowledge of UK employment legislation, ideally some knowledge of European and global employment law, previous experience of using HR Systems and experience of KPI reporting, part or fully CIPD qualified. Applicants must have their own transport as the offices are not within reach of public transport.
This is an immediate requirement due to the volume of work at the moment and so applicants must be able to interview this week in view of starting immediately.
