Job Description
Nursery Nurse
We are working with a lovely Nursery, very close to Fleet, that is looking to recruit a Nursery Nurse to work within their Baby Room.
The successful applicant will be very caring and nurturing towards these young children, with a good understanding of how they develop as they grow.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a company that prides itself on always striving to provide excellent childcare and education.
You will have key worker responsibilities, therefore you will need to have an understanding of how to plan for Babies and also how to build good relationships with the parents.
Some of your responsibilities as a Nursery Nurse will include will include:
To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with the team in your room reflective of the EYFS
To work in partnership with the parents
To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
To work as part of a team
To ensure confidentiality at all times
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare
Have knowledge of the EYFS
Have experience of working for children
