We are seeking a Key Account Advisor to work for a busy manufacturing company. This a temporary to permanent position. It is ESSENTIAL that the ideal candidate possesses previous sales office experience and is an advanced user of MS Excel which will include the use of pivot tables and formulae (candidates that do not have this type of experience will not be short listed).
Duties will include:
Entering customer orders on to the computer system
Preparing quotations
Dealing with customer order requests
Ensuring orders are dispatched on time
Supporting external sales engineers
Monitoring supply agreements
Dealing with mailshots for new products
Maintaining high levels of customer service
The ideal candidate will be able to meet the following requirements;
Previous sales office experience
Advanced user of MS Excel
Proven record of delivering high levels of customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SAP would be a distinct advantage
This is a full time position (37.5 hours per week and it is likely the position will go permanent after a qualifying period.
