Full Description:
PURPOSE: To increase sales turnover and profitability through regular, proactive contact with a set of dedicated customer. To develop individual relationships with this customer set to ensure that the company can meet both customer and business needs, maximising both customer service levels and brand value. Ensure that the company’s customer service levels and trading integrity are maintained through all customer interactions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
• Make regular and scheduled outbound customer contact
• Identify and act on sales opportunities within the customer set, in line with the companies profitability model
• Build relationships with customer set
• Record and monitor activity within each account on a regular basis
Product Promotion and Potential
• Promote sales of key products as directed by campaigns
• Identify areas of potential within the product base
• Gather competitor information
Reporting
• Manage a diary of customer contact
• Action call reports, working closely with CSAs
• To manage a Prospects Database to forecast against target
To be considered for this role you must have previous business to business telesales experience and be used to building and developing relationships.
Training will be given on the products and you will be sent away on intensive courses.
