Clinic Manager
Title: Clinic Manager Salary: £30K-£32K
Are you a commercially astute registered nurse with the capability of managing a business? If so our client would like to meet you. Our client is looking for a Clinic Manager to run their newly opened cosmetic surgery practice in Reading.
The Role:
The main purpose of this role is to manage the clinic focusing on profitability whilst maintaining a high quality of service to patients.
Our client is offering a varied role consisting of the following tasks:
·Counsel patients
·Undergo initial consultations with patients
·Staff training and team development
·Quality and risk management
·Implementation and audit of company policies, procedures and protocols
·Personal continual education, training and development
·Sales monitor daily sales, communicate sales targets and results, maintain a positive sales environment by continual assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of motivational practices with the team
·Operational Management liaise with Clinical Services Manager regarding professional issues, manage the premises and all equipment
·Human Resource Management recruit, select and train staff, facilitate and record regular staff meetings ensuring relevant actions are taken, manage appraisal system and training/development needs, monitor and record staff leave
·Quality and Risk Management ensure implementation of company policies (e.g. fire regulations, health and safety)
The successful candidate will promote quality care and service through the use of best practice.
Who we're looking for:
The right candidate will be commercially minded with a proven track record in sales. Management/training experience would be an advantage but is not essential. My client is looking for a well-presented team player that is flexible with a bright personality. We are looking for a real people person' with a professional and positive approach.

Benefits are excellent:
- 23 days hols (raising a day a year up to 25)
- The opportunity to earn OTE of £45K bonus
- Optional BUPA Healthcare after 3 months service
- Pension up to 5% contribution
Hours will consist of 39 per week, including 2 evenings per week (until 8pm) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays per month.
