A very well known International company with a recognisable brand is seeking 5 Customer Service Advisors due to expansion at their Head Office in Leatherhead.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the primary responsibility will be to provide an efficient telephone ordering and advisory service.
Responsibilties:
Process customer orders from initial enquiry to delivery
Take necessary payments quickly and accurately
Resolve any problems and answer general enquiries
Ad hoc duties as requested by the Customer Service Manager
Skills/Experience:
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Customer focused attitude
Fast and accurate data entry
The ideal customer service candidate would be a good team player, enjoy telephone work, have a postitive attitude and be self driven. Call Centre / Reception experience with GCSEs at grades A-C is also required.
