***Are you confident on the telephone?*** Can you start immediately?** Are you looking for a temp to perm position?***

The Role;
You will be required to take inbound and make outbound calls, providing an excellent level of customer service and always maintaining a high standard of quality. You will be required to always have an up to date knowledge of technical,product and system knowledge.

Who we are looking for;
You will be looking to commit to a role and aim to achieve and exceed the monthly targets. You will be have a positive, enthusiastic and professional approach to work. You will have previously worked within a call centre environment and be confident handling a high volume of calls.
