    Account Co-ordinator
    Hampshire, Southampton £12,000 OTE £13,000

    Are you looking for career progression? We have an exciting new opportunity!

    We are currently seeking an Account Co-ordinator to join our well established and growing company based in Southampton.

    You will primarily be responsible for lead generation and managing and developing a new and existing client base by working closely with the marketing department and sales team.

    As an Account Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

    Researching market funding streams
    Use market research data to telephone companies
    Liaise with the marketing department and Business Unit Manager to create marketing and sales campaigns
    Use gatekeeper skills to speak with the decision maker in order to pre-qualify leads
    Administration duties including updating and maintain records on a contact database, database cleaning, faxing, word processing
    Preparing regular sales and contact reports for the Business Unit Manager
    Support the work of the sales department

    The successful candidate will have;

    Have an excellent telephone manner
    Have the ability to work on your own initiative with a desire to be successful
    Maintain a good supportive relationship with team members and all other staff
    IT Literate; MS Word/Excel knowledge essential; MS Outlook and PowerPoint an advantage
    Previous experience with CRM software required
    Interest in technology and working with people
    Must be able to record all contact information accurately and concisely
    Basic numerical and literacy skills
    Must be self-disciplined and able to prioritise your own work.
    Ability to work within set deadlines
    Team player
    Reliable – adheres to commitments
    Full, clean driving licence (a benefit but not essential)
