My client, an established and thriving business based in the Romsey area are currently seeking an experienced generalist HR administrator to work within their small and friendly team.
Working alongside the Personnel Manager you will have the following duties;
•Dealing with the day to day absences, timesheets and any admin involved
•Working alongside the Training Manager
•Interviewing people for work experience within the company
•Reports, transferring on to excel
•General admin
The successful candidate must have the following;
•At least 6 months experience within a personnel department or taken on generalist HR duties
•Good computer skills, Excel – Intermediate level or higher
•Good communicator
•Good listener
•Happy to work in a small, quiet team
•Must drive and have your own transport due to the location
