Candidate required for an urgent temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a large and prestigious organisation within Southampton.
Working within the IT team, you will be required to co-ordinate all works. You will actively log any faults or errors from clients, ensure that this is correctly and accurately logged and liaise between the client and engineer.
Whilst IT experience is an advantage, it is not essential. You must however be organised, able to communicate in a confident and polite manner and be accurate.
