The Company
ATR is a UK wide sales recruitment agency, we have a number of prestigious clients and are looking to further develop business in our IT Sales Division. Due to expansion we are now recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant for our new office in Reading (covering London and the Home Counties) ATR has plans to become the market leader for Sales Recruitment in the UK over the next 10 years and there will be many opportunities for career advancement.

The Role
The remit of the Recruitment Consultant role includes:
Development of new business in London and the Home Counties with end user organisations primarily in the IT Sales recruitment sector.
Ensuring identification of opportunities in the territory, presenting the companies services.
Ensuring that contact is made at senior level with key decision makers and ensuring that the sales activities will generate a pipeline of revenue to meet sales targets.
Ensure that all details are logged on the Recruitment software system (Bond Adapt) and that sales targets are met.
Agreeing terms and being included on end user preferred supplier lists.
Taking on qualified jobs.
Filling those vacancies by advertising the role, searching relevant databases and headhunting.
Vetting suitable candidates.
Interviewing short-listed candidates.
Arranging interviews.
Debriefing both candidates and clients after the interview.
Discussing offers and negotiating salary packages.
Liaising with both clients and candidates during\after the placement process.

The Candidate
The Recruitment Consultant skills and experience required for this role:-
Must have a proven track record in recruitment with experience dealing with permanent placements.
Experience selling sales recruitment services ideally in the IT sector although this is not essential for the right person.
Excellent communicator, an ambitious capable passionate and enthusiastic sales professional with the will to win.
Computer literate, ideally with experience of the Bond Adapt recruitment software system, although this is not essential, additionally they will be organised, able to prioritise and deliver results in a high pressure environment.

The Reward
In return, the successful Recruitment Consultant will receive an excellent remuneration package including £22k - £25k basic plus £20k commission which is uncapped and car allowance. You will have the option to join the ATR healthcare and company pension scheme after 6 months. In addition after a qualifying period you will be elegible for the ATR profit share scheme as we believe that our staff are the key to our success and should be rewarded for their efforts to help ATR Solutions Ltd to meet its longterm business objectives.
