Our client, a leading UK technical and engineering recruitment company based in Hampshire, are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants with natural sales ability and the drive to progress their career, to join their team.
The ideal applicant will have sales experience and/or a natural aptitude for sales, although somebody without sales experience will be considered if they display the ability and desire to succeed in recruitment. You will need drive and ambition, and the ability to train and develop into a successful recruitment consultant within a busy, dynamic sales environment.
You will be developing new business with leading national and international companies, both by telephone and in face-to-face meetings. You will also retain a focus on service delivery, sourcing the best calibre candidates for your clients.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and commission package (un-capped), with an expected first year OTE of c.£26k and a an extensive benefits package which includes company car, share options and pension scheme.
