We are seeking a Bookings Administrator to join a busy company based in Fareham. Working as part of a team duties will include:
Providing administrative support to include dealing with incoming and outgoing post, locating files, processing and banking payments.
Chasing payments daily by telephone, e-mail and fax this will also include overdue payments
Investigate issues raised by clients and liaise with the relevant department until it has been resolved
Complete daily and weekly request from the Support team and ensure clients have paid sufficient monies to attend the course
Send out overdue payment letters and follow up with a telephone call
Ensure all records are kept accurately
Provide holiday cover for team members to ensure the smooth running of the department
It is essential the ideal candidate possess the following qualities
Experience in chasing and retrieving outstanding monies
Strong Administration skills with high level of accuracy
PC literate
Flexible approach to working hours
Good team player
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise and multi task
OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL DUE TO LOCATION
Working hours are 9.00 - 17.00 with 30 minutes for lunch
