**CUSTOMER / SALES SUPPORT MANAGER - TECHNICAL MARINE ENGINEERING ENVIRONMENT - MARKET LEADING BUSINESS - NICHE PRODUCT - MANUFACTURING - MULTI NATIONAL SUPPLIER TO SHIPPING INDUSTRY**

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Manager for this specialist designer & manufacturer of technical parts for ships and other sea going craft. The role is extremely varied, however will include the following:

Management of a team of people, providing a sales support function to all of the businesses clients from order, through to delivery and installation.
Development and improvement of all sales support processes
Reviewing client contracts, amending where appropriate.
Preparing client quotations, liaising with other departments and setting pricing
Maintenance of all management information for the management tea - running reports and offering analysis thereof.
Management of all returns and product deficiencies.
Take overall responsibility for managing service levels for larger key clients particularly in US territories.
Develop training plans and PDP's for Sales Supp rot team.

Requirements...

The successful applicant will have a proven Sales Support Management, or Client Service Team Management which MUST gave been gained within a TECHNICAL MARINE, MARITIME ENGINEERING OR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING environment. Also required is an ability to demonstrate competence in report writing and formatting, problem solving and use of initiative, team working skills and Greta staff management abilities.

As this client operates on an in-house computer system, IT skill requirements are limited to a high level of fluency in Microsoft Office packages specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
