**PA TO MARKETING & COMMS DIRECTOR - PART TIME - FLEXIBLE HOURS TO SUIT - GREAT LOCATION - INTERNATIONAL EMPLOYER OF CHOICE - PARKING & GREAT BENEFITS - FRENCH SPEAKER REQUIRED**

We are currently seeking a positive, efficient PA to support the Communications Director of this extremely well established, multi national business within the Transport & travel sector. This is a part time role based in the Portsmouth area with hours (equivalent to three days per week) which can be worked to suit the candidate.

The role...

Will be extremely varied and will include all of the 'traditional' PA duties such as diary management, coordinating very frequent travel arrangements, arranging meetings and completion of administrative support work. However, in addition the successful applicant will support several other directors from time to time with ad-hoc tasks and will have a responsibility for arranging various events on occasion.
Since the line manager for this position is the Director of Marketing and Communications, some assistance in this field may also become necessary. For example assisting with the coordination of press trips and dealing with most initial enquiries for the Directors office.
You will assist in recruitment for various departments and will be a dependable resource for managers across the business int he Directors absence

Requirements...

The successful applicant must be task focused and will have several years proven experience in a high level PA role. You must have an adaptable approach to your work and excellent organisational skills. In order to be considered for this vacancy you must be a fluent French speaker, and you should thrive in a busy environment. Good PC skills are a must, as is a smart appearance.
