• Employee File Maintenance to comply with employment law, data protection and FSA requirements.
• Responsible for requesting necessary paperwork and references for new starters.
• To provide information for references.
• Absence: Collation and recording of all attendance data. Reporting of sickness absence information.
• Assist in the implementation of global employee database system.
• Employee Data: maintain HR database with employee and training data
• Support HR and Training in the production of reports from HR database.
• Assist HR & Training with the following processes to be reviewed/implemented:-
- Recruitment
- Induction
- Training/Competence/Development
- Performance Management
- Staff Handbook
• Assist HR & Training with the update/introduction of policies and procedures.
• Under guidance of HR, administer recruitment tests, participate in recruitment interviews, inductions etc to develop exposure to and practical application of HR management.
• Production and maintenance of organisation charts.
• Administer social welfare gifts.
• Manage document storage arrangements keeping record logs as appropriate.
• Course and training administration including room bookings and arranging resources.
• To collate feedback from courses.
• Any other adhoc activities or projects as required.
Payroll
• Assist in processing payroll data by monthly cut-off dates.
