Well known coaching inn, situated in a beautiful villiage in Berkshire requires a strong CDP to help support the team of chefs for the bar and restaurant.
The inn is well know in the local area for its warm welcome, log fires and perfectly cooked traditional food. The inn does offer bed and breakfast as well and so the kitchen is the busy heart of the business. Its kitchen uses the best local produce it can find to make the great pub favourites even better, and with a specials board as well it means the kitchen is able to get the best seasonal produce as well.
You will be an experianced chef, who is used to working in a busy kitchen. You will need to be well organised, be able to cope under pressure and have high standards so that you can produces good quality food, looking consistant time after time. You will be able to support the head chef and want to learn new things as well to help your career and the business to move forward
