New role just in for an experienced account manager (client care rather than sales focused) with specialist customer support and administration experience, as well as experience in supervising an admin support team.
This role involves regular liaison with both clients and a team of professional consultants and taking responsibility for the efficiency of the administrative support provided.
The successful candidate will have a warm, outgoing personality, articulate communication skills and be proficient in basic-intermediate use of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
