An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator / Team Secretary to join a large, blue-chip organisation in Farnham, Surrey.
The role is to provide general administration support to the business, in total supporting a team of approximately 30 people including Directors, Managers and Engineers.
Roles/Responsibilities:
• Administrational support for a team of people up to Director level
• Organising events and seminars
• Periodical reports, assisting with audits and adhoc admin duties
Skills/Experience:
• Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Packages, inc Word and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You will be an experienced Administrator confident with supporting a busy team in a successful and growing company. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being highly organised and able to prioritise.
