This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established global Financial Services company based near Reading. They are looking for an experienced Customer Services Team Manager to join their Contact Centre.
Joining a newly established management team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that will ensure a high standard of resolution to client queries and complaints and have hands on management of a large team.
You will engage, motivate, support and develop a team of 20-25 ensuring work is completed to agreed service levels and standards. Conduct regular performance appraisals and support the development of the team. Lead and support significant business improvement and service initiatives.
Fostering effective and productive relationships is crucial to this role. You will be mindful of the need for tact and diplomacy in sensitive and confidential situations. You must have proven ability to deliver outstanding results through inspiring a team, exceptional organisational skills, strong coaching skills, sound knowledge of HR policies, project management experience and strong management skills.
Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, and be happy to take industry qualifications.
