Our client is a successful company in farnborough, hampshire. They are currently recruiting for a Lettings Executive.
The main focus of this role is to manage property portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with agencts, tenants and other company depatments
- Being aware of available rental properties
- Reporting rental trends
- Dealing with correspondence, telephone and email enquiries in professional manner
Skills:
- Lettings experience required
- Strong administration skills
- good administration skills
Need to have a professional and pro-active approach towards work. An enthusiastic team-player required.
