AA small independent group, who have just acquired a new pub near Winchester. A beautiful old pub, with a well known restaurant. Our client is now seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team.
It is a nice relaxed and family friendly pub, offering good quality food. The menu is seasonal and uses fresh, quality local produce. The group currently has a 2 Rosette Restaurant/pub and another of their properties which is due to receive a rosette. The style of cuisine is modern with a wide range of dishes.
They need an experienced Chef de Partie, with great passion for food. You need to be a chef de partie who has enthusiasm and motivation to progress higher. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef who wants to create award winning food , the candidate preferably must have previously worked in a rosette property and have at least 2 years experience.
