A small independent group, who have just acquired a new Inn near Winchester. A beautiful old Inn, with a well known restaurant and 5 Bedrooms. Our client is now seeking a Senior Sous Chef to assist in expanding the business.
The group currently has a 2 Rosette Restaurant/pub and another of their properties which is due to receive a rosette. The style of cuisine is modern with a wide range of dishes, everything is made on site, and all produce is sourced locally where possible.
You will need to have previous experience as a Sous Chef and be able to deputise in the head Chef absence this is a busy establishment and enthusiasm to produce high quality products is a must. this is an excellent opportunity for a Chef who wants to create award winning
food within a well establishment, this is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef to take their next step.
You will also need as a Senior Sous Chef enthusiasm and motivation to progress higher, the candidate preferably must have previously worked in a rosette property and have at least 2 years experience.
