    Job Description:

    Working as part of a team you will be responsible for selling the benefits of all company's products, including experiential media solutions. You will be selling to blue chip clients and media agencies both on the telephone and face-to-face.

    You will be responsible for reaching your agreed sales targets, as well as contributing to team goals and overall company objectives.

    You will be expected to make a minimum of 20 quality and effective telephone calls per day. This will involve cold calling and following up with previous clients and agency media planners/ buyers who you will need to develop good business relationships with.

    A key requirement of the job will be the ability to conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with clients and agencies. You will be expected to arrange a minimum of 6 meetings per week. On average 1-2 days per week will be spent out of the office conducting face-to-face meetings (predominantly in Central London).

    You will be maintaining your contacts on a central database, recording all communication and status of orders, ensuring they are up to date, and accurate. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all administration has been completed at the end of each day.

    You will be accountable for all aspects of the sales process from cold calling; presentations; closing any negotiation through to after sales follow up. You are expected to cover for other members of the team as and when directed by your line manager.

    You will be required to maintain and develop existing business, and to win new business.

    Performance Standards

    ƒá Sales Targets – To achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

    ƒá Telephone Calls – 20 effective telephone calls per working day.

    ƒá Presentations – A minimum of 6 meetings or presentations per week with agencies and clients.

    ć Have achieved good IT skills, experience of Word, Excel, Power Point, Act and Outlook.
