If you have previous customer service experience and are looking for a part-time position, this may be the role for you. Hours of work will be 16-20hrs per week with the following pattern:
Mon-Thurs Either 3pm-6pm or 4pm-6pm, plus
Friday all day 8.30pm-5.30pm
This is a great opportunity to work part-time hours for a well-respected large Company in Reading.
Customer Service Advisors provide a first point of contact for customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner. They also handle some administration tasks. They are also trained to assist in the collection of Management information on behalf of the team.
You will need previous customer service experience (either phone-based or retail considered), be educated to GCSE level or equivalent (English & Maths Grade A-C) and have an excellent telephone manner.
