Urgently required a Head Chef for a well renowned pub restaurant in Berkshire.
The pub prides itself on locally sourced food, and makes everything on site, including the sausages and pasta. They require a Head chef to help develop the menu and move the business forward on the next level.
You will be an experienced chef, used to working with fresh food who understands the business of a pub restaurant and is hard working, can help control costs and is organized.
