A great role for a salesy Customer Service Exec with an enthusiastic and positive phone manner. Some previous sales experience is required, along with a proactive personality.
90% of the calls handled are internal ones, supporting customer's initial queries, providing competitive quotes, promoting company products and services, negotiating agreements and answering a range of customer queries. The successful candidate will be able to spot sales opportunities and know how to move a customer query call through to a successful conclusion.
