Full and part time opportunities. We are currently recruiting for talented Sales and Customer Service Agents for a well established inbound contact centre in Portsmouth to join their rapidly growing, motivated team.
The role
As an Inbound Sales Agent you will be responsible for answering calls from customers requiring information on client's products and services, promoting the benefits to ensure customer retention. You will provide an efficient, courteous and professional service at all times and will play a key role in ensuring the growth of the company through the delivery of excellent customer service levels.
Here are the requirements
You will be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner, good I.T. skills and the ability to effectively deal with objections. You must have a stable work history and be able to evidence experience within a sales environment either working face to face with customers or call centre based. Commitment to work on a rota basis is an essential requirement of this role.
