A brand new store is opening in Festival place and we are looking for a store manager to ensure the succesfull smooth operations of the store. Main aspects will involve:
Build, develop and train a motivated team.
Lead and motivate to maximise store results
Manage stock and payroll costs.
Manage sales, avereage order value, reporting
Handle customer enquiries
All recruitment for the store
Staff rotas
Staff appraisals
providing reports to head office
Skills / Experience
Must have proven retail management experience.
Excellent levels of customer service
Highly motivated
Happy to work 40hour week copvering Mon - Sun on a rota basis
Team focused
Strong leadership skills
Stable working background
Good communication skills
Must have an interest in kitchen/cookware appliances
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START MON 20th OCTOBER
