Experience/Skills
Management/Supervisory experience of office based service department and field engineers
Good technical background in either refrigeration or instrument electronics
Providing in house support to end users
Experience of maintaining and developing service relationships
Experience of developing service agreements to use by sales team
Ideally you will have a good understanding of sales processes and how service impact upon them and dealing with customer complaints
Must have a full driving licence with no more than 3 points
You would be expected to visit customer sites on occasions
