Software Development Manager
Salary £18k-£30k neg depending on experience
Southampton
Our client is a leading edge internet and telephony solutions company, providing organisations with advanced feature rich services. They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Software Development Manager to oversee the activities of our highly skilled team of software developers.
The successful candidate will effectively manage the day-to-day operations of this busy department, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of concurrent software projects from the conceptual design stage through to delivery and go-live day. It is essential that candidates are able to demonstrate proven project management skills, ideally within technical environments in the software or telecoms industries. Strong organisational and communication skills are a must, as is experience of managing small teams of people.
You will have;
Experience managing a small team within a software or telecoms capacity
Be able to demonstrate proven project management skills within software or telecoms
Strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills
