PROJECT MANAGER 35K
Experience of managing projects from point of order to completion / handover.
Contract value ranging from £2000 to £100,000
This will include Technical, Design, Programme, Site Installation and all Financial matters.
Full commercial management of contracts will be required to ensure that best prices are obtained from Suppliers and Sub Contractors.
Ensure that all variations and extras are obtained from the Customer.
Carry out re-engineering of contracts to ensure creative solutions are obtained to result in margin improvement.
Liaise fully with the client and project suppliers, keeping the client fully up to date.
Experience gained within construction.
Must be competent on Word and Excel.
Must be able to understand and read construction drawings / specifications etc.
Car owner is essential. A mileage allowance will be paid per mile for business use.
The Job will be based at Havant, and visits to site as required.
Position will be 80% office based.
Approx 70% of projects are central London based
