WestaffUK are acting as an Employment Agency on behalf of one of its clients.
A team leader in quality control is wanted for this well established company on the outskirts of Chichester. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of line operatives and the role will involve making sure that company and factory standards are adhered to. Adhering to company health and safety rules and developing staff to achieve objectives and targets.
On the quality side you will be responsible for customer requirements on food and food safety systems. Making sure the bins are not mixed and that all targets for Cost, Speed, Quality and safety are met. Ensure that bins/pallets are labelled at the end of the line and improve wherever necessary. Stock rotation, monitor waste and various other duties
The company operate a four on four off working pattern over the full calendar year as well as various other benefits.
