WestaffUK are acting as an Employment Agency on behalf of their client.
This is a great role for an experienced supply chain logistics coordinator to work for an established company on the outskirts of Bognor and Chichester.
The role will be to liaise with clearing agents, airlines, shipping lines, hauliers and suppliers to ensure a smooth operation in importing products from overseas and collecting within the UK. There will be lots of communication with airlines and shipping lines as well as preparing daily and weekly arrivals sheets. Coordination with haulage companies and obtaining charges. Dealing with lots of paperwork. Checking and authorising paperwork and invoices, management of purchase orders and on occasion be \'on call\' at week ends and evenings. Must be PC literate and have a great telephone manner.
