    Customer Service Executives required both temporary and permanently within a fast growing, dynamic and well established business in central Portsmouth.

    My client is the leading outsource call centre who this year won "call centre of the year" and if you are aware of how many call center’s are in this area you will know that to win this would be a major achievement and also a great opportunity for you. Currently working with a variety of projects and continuously expanding on them.

    My client was established in 1998 by a team with considerable experience in outsourced contact centre management, customer relationship management and finance, who saw where the industry was going wrong, and passionately wanted to put things right.

    The extent to which they have succeeded can be seen in the fact that they are now the first choice for an impressive list of clients that ranges from Volkswagen to Oxfam, from Microsoft to BUPA, from Peugeot to Sky. Currently having 850 employees.

    My client is currently looking to recruit customer service advisors to work on their largest and most successful campaign,

    You will be responsible for

    Taking inbound calls from customers who have general enquiries

    To identify and resolve customer order enquiries as first point of contact. If unable to do so to escalate through to the correct team and to take ownership as a point of contact with the customer at that stage and keep them updated with the order process

    Taking inbound calls from customers who have a complaint - assisting with rescheduling of work

    Making outbound calls to engineers, scheduling work in for them to complete within given timeframes

    Processing the customers request/order onto the in-house computer system

    The ideal candidate will have:

    Previous customer service experience- good telephone manner and communication skills

    Experience of handling customer complaints

    Administrative skills - Ability to use word and excel

    Hours: 40 hours per week - Shifts run between 8.30am and 11pm over 7 days
