My client is currently looking to recruit customer service advisors to work on their largest and most successful campaign,
You will be responsible for
Taking inbound calls from customers who have general enquiries
To identify and resolve customer order enquiries as first point of contact. If unable to do so to escalate through to the correct team and to take ownership as a point of contact with the customer at that stage and keep them updated with the order process
Taking inbound calls from customers who have a complaint - assisting with rescheduling of work
Making outbound calls to engineers, scheduling work in for them to complete within given timeframes
Processing the customers request/order onto the in-house computer system
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous customer service experience- good telephone manner and communication skills
Experience of handling customer complaints
Administrative skills - Ability to use word and excel
Hours: 40 hours per week - Shifts run between 8.30am and 11pm over 7 days
